Blogging is a catharsis, a community, a way to keep an always-racing brain engaged. Its big stories that affect the public, trivial diversions that kill some time, personal accounts that might help an unknown soul. It’s a lot of things to a lot of people. Blogging is a homicide preventive therapy to Iyas, a self edited form of journalism to Lina, and a medium of self expression to Roba. Blogging is also like eating cereals. Cereals come in a box just as your computer does; which enables you to run the software needed to blog. Cereals can be sweet. And so is the taste of revenge as you post entries about all your ex(es), their weird behavior, gruesome manners and irritating personality quirks. Cereals are fragile and so is your ego when you don’t receive positive comments (or none at all) on a post you deem important. Cereals come in different colors and textures; just like you do.
